Appliance Transmission Endurance Test

Quality department, life-cycle testing system.

Performs torque and temperature tests on transmission for washer appliance.

Tests are run continuous one and three months. Torque and temperature are monitored and historized.

Automotive Oil/Coolant Leak Tester

In-line Production Leak Test Station

Leak Test of dual chamber Automotive component. Station Tests both Oil Chamber and Coolant Chamber.

Tester performs Track & Trace on each serialized components. Components which fail are segregated for repeat manual check.

Aircraft Fire Training

VTA modernized the control systems for these state-of-the-art Aircraft Fire Trainers.

Control Room and two replica Boeing 737s.

Simulates large-scale flammable liquid fires through computer controlled propane-fired burner systems.

Automotive Filter Assembly Leak Test

Leak Test machine test two (2) filter assemblies simultaneously.

Leak Test machine includes a two axis (horizontal and vertical) servo transfer which moves the filter assemblies from Leak Test, to Engraver and to Unload Fixture. This two axis servo transfer will simultaneously move two filter assemblies from Leak Test, to Engraver and to Unload Fixture.

Tractor Trailer Pin Lock Leak Tester

Production in-process quality Leak Test of a pneumatic Pin Lock assembly.

Tester performs Track & Trace on each serialized components.

Automotive Headlamp Fife Test

Quality department, life-cycle testing system. The purpose of the lamp life test system is to measure the ‘lamp life’ or the time it takes for a lamp to burn out at a known voltage.

Performs accelerated life test by increase of voltage. Controlling the elevated voltage precisely the decreased lamp life can be correlated to much longer actual lamp life at a lower rated voltage.
